App Use and User Eligibility

The App is designed to facilitate carpooling for children between parents or guardians who are registered users of the App. To be eligible to use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age and a parent or legal guardian of a child using the App. By using our application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Registration and Security

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account. You also agree that any information supplied to LetRideKids or posted on the Site in connection with any Trip, Vehicle or Car Sharing will be true, accurate and complete.

Use of Service

LetsRideKids does not provide any transport services. The App is a communications platform for Members to transact with one another. The agreement to carpool is between the driver and the passenger. LetRideKids is not a party to any agreement or transaction between Members, nor is LetsRideKids liable in respect of any matter arising which relates to a booking between Members.

Users accept that given the nature of the service Drivers and Passengers will have no recourse to LetsRideKids for any aspect in relation to cancellation, last minute changes, failure by the Car Owner or the Co-Traveler to turn up.

LetsRideKids will not contact either party and the operation of the Trip is solely managed by the respective Car Owner and Co-Traveler(s).

User Data and Privacy

The Company collects and uses personal information provided by users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The App does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

User agrees and understands that LetRideKids does not undertake any verification to confirm the accuracy of any information provided by the Members on the Site or to a Car Owner or Co-Traveler, as the case maybe. LetsRideKids will not be liable to any Member in the event that any information provided by another Member is false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.

Members may access the Services on the Site at their own risk and using their best and prudent judgment before entering into any arrangements with other Members through the Site. LetsRideKids will neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of Members nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the Members.

Users are advised that carpooling service companies are not regulated. We may conduct background checks on users who use our carpooling features. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of these checks and we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that may result from the actions of user who uses our application. We do not conduct medical examinations or certification of users, vehicles are not subjected to inspection and insurance verification is not performed.

LetsRideKids shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by a user. Traveling as a driver or passenger shall be at the sole risk of the user and LetsRideKids shall have no liability.

LetsRideKids hereby expressly disclaims and any and all responsibility and liability in arising out of the use of the Site, including but not limited to any accidents or injuries that may occur during transportation arranged through our carpooling feature.

LetsRideKids does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of its users.

Users agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the app remains solely with you. If a dispute arises between users, the users release LetsRideKids from losses of every kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LetsRideKids and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the App, any content you upload or transmit through the App, or your violation of these Terms.

Modification and Termination

LetsRideKids reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, or your access to the App, at any time and for any reason without notice. LetsRideKids may also modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified terms on its website or within the App without prior notice. Your continued use of our application after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
